    Gian is very cool. Very responsive. I never had a problem getting a hold of him. He was accommodating to all requests during our house hunt. Everything that he found or we found online, we could arrange a prompt showing with him. He coordinated the negotiations pretty well as well and came to an agreement with the seller quickly. The house we got needs work and if you need reliable contractors Gian can be very helpful as well. He is willing to help and share his resources if needed. :)
